There is a All India Eunuchs’ convention being organized in the most likely places of their occurrence, Ahmedabad. 
Please spread this news , especially to NGOs (Narender Governed Organizations), so that others can benefit from it.
I wholeheartedly support and endorse this convention. This is the first time a gathering of this special class of human is being organized. I have so much respect for eunuchs who spend their whole life extorting men of their money. I have lot of sweet memories of them while travelling by train.

Eunuchs’ conventions are regularly held. Gorakhpur and Bhopal are their main centres where their population is quite high. I have attended a convention and also visited their commune many times.

yes they do. I am not aware of the reason for their existence though.

See Eunuchs are different but they are good people. They respect all religions. They make tazias and also go to temples. Of course like all sections of the society, there are some people among them who are involved in crime but that’s a different thing.
Yes they collect money from the society, but I fully stand by their side as this society must pay for its double standards. There is difference between the zanana hijraa and the other group of kinnars. Children born with questionable sexuality who are often thrown up by parents are adopted by them.
Some of the eunuchs cater to the demands of sadistic men who don’t dare to approach their wives with certain propositions in matters of sex. The eunuchs bear a lot, still they live their lives happily and make people laugh, which seems a miracle to them.
Of course, they need to do certain activities to keep the extortionists cops away but then, anyway. I wish that this segregation of third sex could end but it is practically very difficult. Our civil society isn’t liberal enough to give them a space amongst themselves.
Government is not bothered, NGOs are less interested in this segment. And when they fight elections, the polling officials are unsure where to register them, as males or females. (I was in the campaign of a eunuch who had fought election). I completely disagree with the view point of Indscribe. I also feel the person who has posted this view is a eunuch itself.
I own a small business in Ahmedabad and have faced difficult situations and embarrasing moments because of Eunuchs. They visit our office along with the offices around 4 to 5 times a year and create a havoc in the building with their annoying claps. They threaten you that they will strip in front of everyone if we dont pay what they are asking for. My business is really making huge losses and I am struggling hard to put two ends together. I had to borrow money from my friends to pay bills at the hospital where my wife was admitted recently. On the latest visit to my office, the eunuchs demanded 5000 from me and I personally went out of my office to talk to their leader and literally pleaded in front of her that my business is really not doing well and please excuse me this time. But they started abusing and cursing and a couple of them also stripped and brought a huge embarrassment to me in front of my clients. I had to show them my empty wallet and explaing them in front of about 50 people that I am broke and have nothing to pay them. They didnt budge until I borrowed 1100 Rs from an office next door and gave it to them.
It was the most embarrassing day of my life and I curse them from the depths of my heart.
