Today there is not one but 2 piktar of the day, why? Well if you don’t know, today is valentine’s day so everyone looks for a partner..right?
Young girls, hmm..how do you make sure?, seeing valentine’s day card in Ahmedabad. It seems that the VHP has instructed its cadets not to interfere with a couple of burqa clad women, to promote certain aspects of human trait in minorities, but oppose everything which is remotely couple.
1. A man is allowed to roam with another man. 2 is a company, 3 is a pleasure,
2. Any other couple is strictly not allowed, be it even animals.

WILL SHE… WON’T SHE? Governor of West Bengal Gopal Krishna Gandhi with Trinamool Congress supremo Mamata Banerjee, on the eighteenth day of her indefinite hunger strike, in Kolkata.
She is on a hunger strike to protest against the Chief Minister Buddhadeb Bhattacharya decision to hand over land to TATA to build a factory. Well I wonder how can she sustain herself for 18 days without food! In fact I really doubt politicians drama of hunger strikes, they are nothing but a tactic to attract attention. It seems that the Government did all what it could to rehabilitate the effected villagers but our Mamta didi is hell bent upon to conjure up issues out of nothing.

Most surprisingly Lalu and Rabri devi have been acquitted in a assets case.

And after the acquittal our Railway Minister’s faith in judiciary was reinforced.
A visibly happy Lalu, in his first reaction outside the court, said: “We have got justice from court. We have full faith in the judiciary. The verdict has reinforced my faith in the judiciary,� he said.
Anyway there are many more cases still pending and I am sure that he won’t even live that long so as to get punished, Indian judiciary system you see!

I am back after a week long vacation. The trip produced many firsts in my life which I plan to write in few days but first thought of sharing few pictures of Humayun’s tomb. I am obsesses with old monuments. I feel like reliving the past. I sometimes wonder if I would have been born in ancient times then I things would have been much better than they are right now
