Fake profile on Orkut sends a youth to jail

by Sharique on October 9, 2006

I love this piece of news.

A Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) student of Thane was arrested on Thursday for creating a classmate’s profile and uploading her picture with offensive messages on an online community site without her permission.

Abhishek, 19, a BMS student, first denied committing any such crime but soon confessed. “I don’t understand what happened to me. I just did it, said Abhishek, who knew Sushama as her classmate in junior college.

And the police did bring in their technological skills into use.

Anousheh Ansari

I have an interesting piece of news to share. So lets begin by lising down people’s reaction to this

In my Intro to Islam’s class, the professor asked us to bring any articles about Islam in the news. When most of my friends brought the articles about Al-Qaede,jihad, Iraq and yada yada yada, I carefully printed an article about you from USA today and sent it to my prof.He was impressed that I paid attention to you than the bombs blowing up in Iraq.

For me, your achievement to be the first female space tourist is something that Muslims worldwide from Sarajevo to Kuala Lumpur can be proud of.

Blog Plagiarism!

by Sharique on August 28, 2006

This is perhaps the greatest confusion caused in the blogsphere. Accusations are already being levied against each other by the like of Elliott and Scoble. And the man behind all these controversies is the evil John Comokaz who maintains CrazyFactor.com. Scoble was pissed off when he saw his content being stolen and published as author’s own. He had suspicion on Elliott and also wrote a mail to google adsense to suspend his account

Autonomy?

Tribal leader Nawab Akbar Bugti has been killed in a battle between tribal militants and government forces in Balochistan province, Pakistan says

http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/south_asia/5289880.stm

I wonder how many people want autonomy inside Pakistan. If these fanatics are given an opportunity they would have created a lot many Pakistans rather than one. Damn these perverts. He is Nawab Akbar Bugti.
