Few things

I have been just too occupied lately with my thesis. This explains why this blog hasn’t been updated often. My RSS reader has millions of posts unread. I have been totally out of touch with the happenings around me. No news, no blogs and no orkuting. Things change for good and I think now I this whole month just to pass my time. I reaching Pune on 31st May to join my job (really excited about it ). Well this is how I plan to reach Pune from my home town( Hazaribagh); first reach, the capital of my state, Jharkhand, Ranchi by 3 hours of road journey, then catch a train to Kolkata (overnight journey), then wait for a day to catch a flight to Mumbai and then finally take a taxi to Pune. Exciting, isn’t it? That’s the pain living in small towns which have limited connectivity. There are other advantages like greenery which definitely provide some cheerfulness to us.

Anyway I plan to do the following in this month

1. Read and read and read a lot of blogs…I am missing them a lot

2. Shift completely to Ubuntu.

3. I am planning to write another series on my life as an undergraduate student here in IIT M.

Ah and BTW if you haven’t noticed, enewss.com is a wonderful place to keep in touch with Indian blogs. It has customizable RSS search and they are planning to a lot of feature in months to come. The head honcho, Sri, also runs another great service called ebulawa where you can create online invitation cards, not just wedding cards! Its always great to impress others with such invitations.
