Barbarity has a limit but when it comes to sexual exploitation of children and then killing them and then eating their meat, these limits needs to be redefined. As the heinous crime of Surendra Koli & Moninder Singh Pandher unfold day by day, this limit of barbarity is being pushed to infinity.
